Chocolate Rain on Comedy Central, Bulldogs Win, and Animusic vs. Guinness?

So today, I saw a commercial featuring Tay Zonday on Comedy Central where he sings a commercial to the tune of Chocolate Rain, Georgia beat Georgia Tech, again, and finally, I think I may have spotted a possible intellectual property violation that could put the people at Animusic at odds with the makers of one of the latest Guinness commercials.
